Short Biography
HooGenmaKen (pronounced Ho‑gɛnma‑ken) is the solo instrumental project of Liliana Carral - originating from Puebla, Mexico - where cinematic tension meets progressive rock.
Her music moves through cycles of loss, rebirth, and transcendence - blending angular riffs, symphonic string passages, and haunting textures to create immersive sonic mythologies.
Her upcoming debut album unfolds across ritualistic themes tied to solstices and scaled horizons. Studio collaborators include Fernando Balbuena (guitar) and Juan Carlos Briones (drums).
